May I know what's the server hardware specs where my website is hosted? ---> https://www.affordablecebu.com?
Is it really a dedicated server? or a VPS server? or shared? Is it using the traditional hard disk? or SSD? Size of RAM? Because it's to slow to respond at the first byte (SLOW TTFB)?  You should have live chat for customer service fir vip users? It's not worth to pay $50 per month for slow server (?dedicated server? as you said)? Your customer service support in Skype doesn't respond.

khen, Unfortunately, but I can't provide you the data you've requested. Only the manager in charge of the VIP users can do so.
As for the Skype issue, there were two chats made, one was named after your website (though it wasn't used for quite some time), I assume you're referring to the uCoz VIP chat, only the VIP managers have access there. I'll forward your request to them, but most likely you either have already got an answer or it will be provided soon enough. |
