I have a neighbour, who I believe has a key to my flat. They also appear to be criminal in their knowledge (mindreaders who remember passwords) because I have told no one my passwords. This evening, I found that someone had accessed my account and changed the UID password. I also found that they have changed the administrator password and as yet I am unable to change my UID password because I can't change the administrator password. Is there a way of doing this from the control panel and if so, how?
Many thanks

keyben, no it's not possible to change the passwords from CP. You need to try to recover the password, most likely it was changed due to security measures. Recover form can be found here: https://uid.me/remind_pass/
