on the website above i have web poll, i would like to know how to show "Continue After Submit" after poll is submitted and not before.

What you are asking for is for a Hyperlink to another website or page?
If so, Use this :
Code
<a href="http://www.yourwebsite.com/">Your name of the link</a>


Replace the current code with the above code and modify "http://www.yourwebsite.com/" and "Your name of the link" With your desired link and name.
