Guestbook: Entries are not being added automatically

As the title said, the entries are not being added automatically on the guestbook when I'm using a customized design (I still need to reload it to see my entry); but when I'm using the default template, entries are being added automatically w/o the need to reload it. Once I've clicked - Add comment - the entries will be added at the bottom (or top; depending on its settings on the cPanel). What am I missing?

Raver, check it out here, but it can't opened when you're not a user. That's how my design works. :O I'm sorry.
