Can i put the picture on my Favourite Link.

Hey you know when you go widgets and there you Choose : Favourite link than you add this And click on that. Add favourite Link . Can i do like where is : Favourite link . Add a picture on that so thay click on the picture and thats it they get a link.. Can i do this?
