Can anyone efficiently tell me how to add these to my ucoz website www.neptunecandidate.com. The video upload is in .swf format and here's a sample link http://www.neptunecandidates.com/video/vip/30/attorneys/candidate_ncds061785

The video plays when commanded but it replays again once it has finished. I need my viewers to be able to control play/pause/stop.
