HELP! (log in not via uID)

I can not explain why, just look at the picture. I want to log in to the site through the site and not through uID profile. Can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Just use the old version login format

extra, Control Panel -> Settings -> Common settings -> Type of the uID sign-in button -> Old. In this case there will be a link to the old login form under the uID login link.
