Security code doesn't work

I am trying to register an account on my website, and even though I enter the correct security code and get a green checkmark, when I submit the form I keep getting "incorrect security code."

Please advise on how to fix this.

Heeeeey, try to clear your browser's cookies, then try. Make sure you typing it correct.
