How to Identify IP ADDRESS of a visitor?

I want to determine the country and the IP address of each visitor of my site.

What's the UCOZ CODE for the IP address and the country of a visitor (guest)?

I want to block those outside my country from ADDING ENTRIES to my site.

Note: I'm not using the COUNTRY (field) in the registration form.

Is their an automatic identifier of the country of a certain IP address?

How could it be possible in uCoz platform?
