that fixed the blog issue smile

now for the forum, I still see the other error remaining:
Code
Loading mixed (insecure) display content “http://audioforum.my1.ru/set13/br_nonew.gif” on a secure page

we have this image in the file manager as:
Code
https://audioforum.my1.ru/set13/br_nonew.gif

The image is in https:// ... It is reference to forumIcoTd other than css and
'forum appearance of category section'
Code
<td class="forumIcoTd" align="center">
<img alt="" style="margin:0;padding:0;vertical-align:middle;border:0;max-width:60px;max-height:60px;" src="<?if($NEW_MESSAGES$)?>$ICON_NEW$<?else?>$ICON_NONEW$<?endif?>" title="<?if($NEW_MESSAGES$)?><?if($PRIVATE$)?>Private forum. <?endif?>There are new posts<?else?><?if($PRIVATE$)?>Private forum. <?endif?>No new posts<?endif?>">
</td>
No other reference appears in CP.

The last issue with the images has been resolved.

I deleted the original that housed the 'custom icons and button set' and re-uploaded the images to a new folder.

However, the buttons/icons folder selection window only works with 'http://' if I manually enter 'https://' which is the correct location, it does not show the custom set. But if I set it to http://, it shows them. So far for 2 days I have not been getting any flags for any of the these these images...Firefox, Chrome Safari - The only flags I get for them labeled as html, is Linux Firefox.

Gromov,

The '/customset' seems same as 'http' @ the panel - I tried it and it continues to flag because of 'http://...sml/cake.gif.

I searched every 'informer' and 'template' and there is no listing of this image.

Note: the flags for this image are @ both Blog and Forum sections.

Clyde, well, the solution may be the following one: you need to open the message/post/thread where the image is (it's a smiley) and press the edit button and simply re-save it.

Yes, sounds like a smiley - but there is no 'cake.gif' in 'sml' directory.

Also there are 20,986 threads created.

Why would it be in any of them ?

If it's in the forum section, the 'warning' would be only in /forum ... it is showing in both /blog and /forum.

Well, why do people add smileys in the first place?)) It may be removed from the folder at some point but the link may stay somewhere for that image.

FIXED

I used a program (mixed content by Pericor) that scans the site and finds location of warnings - the 'cake.gif' image is the only flagged image.

It flagged it to $CHAT_BOX$.

There was no cake.gif in the panel code for $CHAT_BOX$.

No visible cake.gif in the chat window either.

The fix:

1. I deleted the $CHAT_BOX$ entry in the panel code and the site shows as secure.
2. Deleted all 60 chatbox messages (even tho the cake.gf was not there.
3. Added the $CHAT_BOX$ entry back into the code.

this is second day after the fix and the site still shows as safe.

After 2 weeks of having a 'safe website' with no mixed content, the flag for the non-existent 'cake.gif' appeared again.

I thought I had resolved this issue.

The image in question is always flagged at the chatbox. However, there is no cake.gif @ the chatbox (mchat).

As a test I removed all images from chatbox and it was still flagging this image which is not there...nor is there any reference to a link to it @ the chat code.

I really need help from support with this since this is something that apparently generates from somewhere which I have no access to.

The non-existent 'cake.gif' insecure image warning showed up - as usual the warning is from the chatbox...

the location of the file in question is referred from http://audioforum.my1.ru/sml/cake.gif - which is not there.

To mention again, this is beyond my control with limited control panel access - please check and see here the 'root' of this issue stems from.

Thanks.
