How can we change Login Form Design

Faizan-Ahmad, if you are using uID login you can customise the form as far as to choose between the new and old version within the Common Settings. If however you are using local users you can customise the login form in the template "User login form" located in the CP.

But The old login form Link is not shown under uID button as it was shown earlier. What's the reason for this ????

Faizan-Ahmad, the transfer to the new uID/oAuth authorisation methods has been completed. Meaning the old authorisation method has now been made redundant and removed as part of a recent system update.
