I'm the admin of the the website Scommesse Sicure

I use an Informer (for the Publisher) that shows some overview informations about the new Publisher's entries.
I would like to give guests the possibility to say whether they like it or not with a thumb up / down system similar to the one that is used for the comments. Is it possible something like that?
And if it's not possible for the informer is it possible inside the news' text?
