Is it possible to make a code where if a guest enters the site a popup is displayed telling them to log in or register?

DanielM, yes, this is entirely possible. You can use the uCoz AJAX windows for this purpose or otherwise use your own custom popup.

To only have it displayed for guests, use the following code:
