DanielM, yes it is possible, just search google for dropdown menus, all you need can be found there.
Some sites usually provide full copy-and-paste codes for them, and all you'd need to do is edit the links and text displayed. I also think there is a uCoz widget for a dropdown menus, not sure. Proud uCoz user since 2006
