zoeyn21, unfortunately this isn't possible using the uCoz system, however can be achieved via custom coding to a degree. In relation to the system though we do have the PM (Private Messages) feature which acts like an internal mailing system.

zoeyn21, if it's in any consideration I use ParaChat on my website. Like an open chatroom, but you can also use a private chat that also allows video/audio as well. Like a mini skype on your website. I thought it was neat, but everyone has their own opinions.
