Change the coding utf-8 to understandable text... (need help and information)

Last day i am trouble of the template i want to because they (crewebik.ru) use a computer language and i dont know how to decode so that i could read. As for now my problem goes and i dont know how to fix it. I studied the language they gave to me but still it doesnt correspond to that particular case.
I know some of us here in ucoz encounter this kind of language and know how to decode it.
I need help in this particular case...

dense0293, From what i can see, The text provided is in "Russian". The text file needs to be viewed using Microsoft word or any other text editor which supports "Russian" as a language or a font.

dense0293, the links are still present. It looks like all your Guestbook contains is spam links. Isn't it easier to uninstall it?

dense0293, since the website is in Russian, the text is most probably in Russian as well. But it is not displayed correctly due to wrong encoding. Did they send it to you in a file?

Sunny, yes sunny they send it in a Zip file format. is there any thing such as software i can use to decode it?

dense0293, and the text file itself? Anyway, try to open it with different text editors and try to experiment with encoding. Try different types of cyrillic encoding, e.g. Cyrillic (Windows-1251).
