I know it`s not easy to make an excellent chat system so I have a really good one for you all.

This chat system doesn't support uCoz.
It works as plugins for other systems, but on other CMS's you must use PHP or the other languages, which you cannot on uCoz. PHP is enabled for payment, but I'm guessing Envolve needs database access. And to have a second account for using a chat isn't the best idea. Proud uCoz user since 2006

Haider, Yes. It is free to use as it is a "Open-source project".
Also, "Envolve" chat system works perfectly with uCoz. I have been using this chat system for my old website for more than a year now. It does not need database access, Or either PHP to make it work. It has an optional API feature for users who would like to customize it furthur. But i recommend, Paradox's Chatter chat system once it's out as a chat system for uCoz websites.

Haider, I'm planning to have a demo version released today (woo!), however, a production release version to the public won't be available for another while yet due to security and ease of integration concerns I'm currently working out of it.

Haider, ive seen a working version of this demo , its easy to manage and customize , i'm sure once that it will be released that there will be a tutorial , if not i will help paradox with writing it. But keep in mind that you need PHP to make this custom chat work , after that you're able to customize it.
