I am using local user authorization. When a user has been successfully registered, they are redirected to a page with a log in form perhaps the user log in page. Unfortunately the log in form on this page is not the one i have on my website with the templates, it seems to come from somewhere i can not figure out and its template is look weird/cant edit/

Datecity, you can edit that page on the cPanel, it's under the name "user login page."

Oh yes i can edit the page put not the form. The page has the $BODY$ variable meaning the form is embedded inside there and i can not edit its template. The log in for template i have is different from the being displayed.

Check the log in form on that page with the log in form on the home page http://primedateinc.com. They are quite different

Datecity, if you want them to have the same design, then you'll have to edit the login form on the "user login form" using only CSS.

Datecity,

There are two login form codes.

$LOGIN_FORM$ << user login form template can be edited in here (http://yourdomain.ucoz.com/panel/?a=tmpl;m=4;t=4)
$LOG_FORM$ << system login form which can not be edited.

I am afraid the Login form in the login page could not be edited via the user login form template.

However, you can custom it directly in the user login page.
