Comment add form not responsive

Can anybody help on the issue with the comment add form. In all the new default templates, it does not respond to screen size and when viewing 'full entry with associated comments' on a mobile device, it looks vague.

Datecity, the comment form looks fine to me in different screen sizes. What exactly do you mean? Screenshot if possible.
