How to make $OWN_FUNCTION$ ?

This is what i use on my blog's entry list, to share a specific blog. But the problem occurs when i open a specific blog, i need to remake this code so that i can share from that too, so the blog's name appears on facebook.

As a single blog appearence is using $MODULE_URL$ and $ENTRY_NAME$ so i need to combine them to a single $FUNCTION$, so if i share the blog then it is showing the title of the blog.

Get it?

This is the only way i know how to make share function, if someone knows a better way or something please advice me!

I would also appreticate if someone shows how to add images to sharing too, that would be so cool! Maybe someone has a code that i can copy & edit?
