Old log in form diplay by default

Hello, i switched to the social registration on my site and i want the form where to input the password and username to display by default then social logins displayed at the bottom of it. At first it was working then suddenly it disappears and this other appears. Users who already registered with the local form cant find where to input username and password. Please help ASAP
