I cant save the Style Sheet (CSS)

Problem: I cant save the Style Sheet (CSS)
It just happen lately, at my site, i edit my css and click save, but the when i refresh my website, it still the same as before.
I even delete all inside CSS, but nothing changed.

Actually it was saved. Clear your browser history and catched file.

Quick way: open your website in incognito mode.
