khen, the style is similar, though the layout is completely different. This is only a modernized version of the old control panel for those users who can't get used to the new one when it will be released.

khen, bigblog is right, this is not the new Control Panel (yet), just a new style for the current Control Panel. Though yes, it is styled after the new Control Panel.
