As in my country, the transport fee will depend on:

- Weight of cargo
- Distance

Is there anyway to set up auto-count this amount to the total?

How about if I need to add 23% to the amount when user selecting a kind of payment method?

Good, sure, set Markup type to Percentage of price, and enter the Value you need.

Good, yes, you are right. There is no such option, but I can suggest one workaround: you can specify a different exchange rate for this payment method in the e-payment module settings, therefore the final cost will be different when a user chooses this payment method but the item price on the website will remain the same.

Good, when you set an e-payment module, you are required to enter the exchange rate, e.g.

You can make it not 1:1 but 1:1.2, therefore users will pay 20% more if they choose this payment method.

Yeah, it's 100% possible to achieve what you want. However there's any tiny issue, the guides are in Russian, they will be translated though, but it will take some time.
