As in my country, the transport fee will depend on:

- Weight of cargo
- Distance

Is there anyway to set up auto-count this amount to the total?

Good, yes, you are right. There is no such option, but I can suggest one workaround: you can specify a different exchange rate for this payment method in the e-payment module settings, therefore the final cost will be different when a user chooses this payment method but the item price on the website will remain the same.

Good, when you set an e-payment module, you are required to enter the exchange rate, e.g.

You can make it not 1:1 but 1:1.2, therefore users will pay 20% more if they choose this payment method.

I would like to use different prices with different delivery types in my webshop.

For example:
Deliver by UPS - 3 USD
Deliver by DHL - 5 USD
Pay in the shop - 0 USD
.
.
.

It would be great, if the final cost calculate with this price.

How can I set this?

Yeah, it's 100% possible to achieve what you want. However there's any tiny issue, the guides are in Russian, they will be translated though, but it will take some time. Sure, We can't deciede delivery charge. Delivery charge depend on her goods weight or location distance. And it is very easy to shopping at home.
