| Could My Site Get Cancelled? |
Hello, I was reading over the terms of service for uCoz and I'm slightly worried that my possible website could be cancelled. It states that anything considered pornographic will be cancelled/shut down. I'm not trying to create a porn site or a slutty dating site either. I'm trying to create a writers guild where those who join would be able to write freely be it hard-core romance, erotica, or violent situations. There would be no pornographic pictures or video's. Even if a sex scene is written could the website be shut down? Your help is gratefully appreciated.

Sayuri, your site will not be blocked or deleted from the form of content you have described however the uCoz Abuse team may if deemed necessary place an 18+ notice before access to the site is granted.
Due to this we are advising you to have a 18+ notice - somewhere on your site so that users are aware some of the stories may contain this form of content- so that there is no necessity for Abuse to do so.
