HOW CAN I CHANGE THE TIME AND DATE TO UNITED STATES EASTERN STANDARD TIME?

Ju-Ju, open Control Panel > Settings > Common Settings and scroll down until you see the Local time selection drop down. smile

Change it to the applicable time zone and hit save. wink
