Hi, It doesn't happen always but these days I often cannot access my control panel. When I enter it I see just writings and links without a style. And whole control panel turns to white.
At the same time my site doesn't work properly. The login popup doesnt work. Some pictures don't load. The test page doesn't load. When I enter the test I see the writings below: This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. nyhatus, the website address is http://www.nihatkasim.org ? I don't see any problems. Please try the following and inform if the problem still exists:

Disable the traffic saving services (e.g., Traffic Compressor); 3. Disable the torrent client or any other services that can create a lot of connections, if any; 4. Try to use another browser or update the current one. Maybe some necessary browser functions are disabled or are working incorrectly. If your Internet Explorer version is less than 8 – install latest Windows updates, or install Internet Explorer 8 as a separate package; if you use Opera version less than 10.60 or Firefox less than 3.6.3 – update the browser. 5. Make sure that cookies are accepted by the browser, clear the cookies history; check whether JavaScript is enabled in your browser; clear the cache (temporary files) of the browser. Thanks for your reply. That's why I like ucoz and our Russian brothers:))
The problem I am talking about doesn't happen always. But sometimes when I login I can't see the ucoz bar above. The smileys doesn't load properly and I cannot access control panel. This situation lasts one or two hours. Then everything works as if nothing happened. I use more than one computer and different browsers. I see the same problem on different computers an browsers. I don't think that this is my site's problem. Because the control panel doesn't load properly. I see just links ib blue and white background without a style. But I said, it is not a permanent problem. I can access control panel right now. It happens once day or more...  Thanks again. |
nyhatus, do you have this problem on different computers that are connected through the same network provider? Or are network providers also different? It looks like slow network connection or maybe the channel is overloaded.

Same problem still exists...
I can't see "ucoz user bar" above when I log in my site. I see this writing instead: General Control Shop Posting Users Multimedia Builder" This problem started to occur more often. My users (they are my students) complain about it. And I have nothing to do. I wrote to ucoz help about this problem before. It was weird that they replied me after more than one week! Ucoz help is incapable of solving this problem. They rejected it! I am still waiting for help from professional ucoz users and ucoz team... my site is www.nihatkasim.org It works properly for visitors. But SOMETİMES it doesn't load smileys... At the same time users can't do some activities, especially tests. And olso I cannot access the control panel at the some time... BUT IT IS NOT A PERMANENT PROBLEM.. thanks ... |
nyhatus, please provide screenshots of the problems you encounter. And as I've asked before - the time of the day when you usually have them (don't forget to specify your time zone).

I live in İstanbul. (GMT +02:00) I have come across that problem twice today. First was about 13.30 (local time) and second was 10 minutes ago.
