Recreating website after deletion

Hello, some months ago I had found the answer to this question but now it seems I cannot even though I've been browsing forums for nearly an hour...
I deleted my website but I want to re-create it using the same domain name.
Is there a cooldown period like"24 hours" after the deletion? I remember something like that..
Because it tells me : the domain is already registered"

XRTC, the timeout period is an hour after deletion.

Thank you will keep that in mind.
For now I decided on a new name since it will be used as an external website as an " addition".
