How do I get ro Page Editor ?

I can't see any options for Page Editor so can someone please advise !

To install the module go to the Control Panel, "Page Editor" section, and click on the "Install the module" button.

amstereofan, are you trying to find where to install the module?

I am totally lost, when I first signed up I had a page which showed with over 20 pages of temnplates to choose from about a dozen on each page, thumbnails of each template were shown. I can see no way to get back to this now so can anyone help me find this again please

amstereofan, it's in the website Control Panel -> Settings (on the top bar) -> Common settings -> Site design.
