Can't find a way to edit my forums

I can't find a way to edit the forums and they're names. I only have the test forum and I want to rid it.

ipodlover3354, go to the website Control Panel (add /admin to the website address to access the CP) -> Forum -> Forum and section management.

I'm not active on the forum anymore. Please contact other forum staff.
