GRPaulo, your question is very broad, good in what aspect?
You'd need to either hire someone to make a good site for you, or learn HTML, CSS and possibly Javacript/jQuery. You then need interesting content on your site to make people visit, register and whatnot. You can however still make a good site without any html or css knowledge, but then you need to weigh up that with good content. Proud uCoz user since 2006
