The website I recently visited was amazing. It seems that everyone is having the same problem with the registration. If you go to https://the-input.ucoz.com the website states they are aware of the problem. That website is by far the best creation on uCoz I've seen. I wanted to register, but I couldn't. I never received an email about verifying my account. Can someone that works for uCoz fix this problem?

Ban Hammer, we have been unable to confirm these problems. Do all your users use the same email service? Have they all checked their spam folders?

Ban Hammer, at the moment the registration works correctly on the provided websites, emails are sent instantly. If the emails aren't received, specify the email provider you are using.

$Administrator$, create a new email address with a different provider. So like, if you're with GMail, try Yahoo. Who is your current provider?

I use Gmail. I would like a short tutorial of how to change my provider. Does that mean signing up with a different email like Yahoo instead of Gmail?

Yes. That's exactly what it is. smile It's simply signing up for a Yahoo account and using it instead of your GMail for you uCoz services. There's no reason you can't use GMail for everything else. You'd just have an extra email account with Yahoo for uCoz.

That's actually a very good question. One I can't answer due to the fact I've never seen it before and I thought it wasn't possible.

$Administrator$, if you still have the problem, please clarify where exact you are trying to register (at uCoz.com or you are testing the registration from on your website). And don't forget to check your Spam folder.

Sunny, I have checked my spam folder and I tried to sign up on this website and mine. The emails were never sent. You can try it for yourself.

$Administrator$, I checked with both gmail and yahoo, and the emails were received instantly (checked on this forum). Do you use any email clients or do you check your email via the web interfaces?
