Can't create a new website

I get to the "Creation of a new website" page as part of the http://www.ucoz.com/createsite page, and enter the desired website address, check the "I agree with the terms of the hosting service, and enter the security code. After clicking "Create a Website", a new security code shows up. No website is created, and no error is shown.
I have tried Chrome and IE, with the same results.
I have registered and can login successfully
Can anyone help?

Dan0299, thank you for contacting us. Can you please tell us how many characters has the name of the website you are trying to create?

If it's more than 15, then this is why you are getting this error and in order to fix it you need to choose a name that has less characters.

It was 17 characters. I shortened it, and created the site successfully. Thx.
