Hi,
Can i replace the template homepage with user created index.htm and directly go to it.
can i completely upload my site created with microsoft publisher?

Adu, we are unfortunately not a web hosting service, so no. You can adapt the CMS to use your custom template if you understand HTML/CSS however.

As for your second question, Paradox is right - technically you can upload static pages to your uCoz website, but it is not desirable to use only static .html pages. You must use at least one content module as well. Besides, visitors of static pages are not counted and your website can be disabled for inactivity.
