my forum not alow upload image. user don't see image button in new thread. wacko

15k, do you mean the upload button or the [img] BB code? For users to be able to attach images to their posts you need to enable the option "Upload images" in Control Panel -> Users -> User groups -> Users -> Forum. If you mean the BB code, enable the option "Use BB codes [URL] and [IMG]" in Control Panel -> Users -> User groups -> Users -> Users.
