Hello,

I have a user trying to register on my website but the captcha keeps saying he's entering the wrong code. He says he double checks and know it's correct. I have it set on standard.

Is there any way to remove the captcha altogether or do something to allow him to bypass the captcha?

Edit: I read the instructions for captcha. I followed the instructions to set permissions for users not to have a security code. Why does he still get that captcha security code?
