I would like to create a free website to sell videos that i create by myself. I want to sell them through digital goods services like gumroad, sellfy or selz through my website. Can i do it? or is it against ucoz terms?

doomstepe, you're allowed to do anything that isn't provided against within the uCoz Terms of Service. You can find a copy of them here: http://ucoz.com/terms . Also keep in mind uCoz doesn't necessarily integrate well at a server level with third party services so you may need to work around certain things when setting up services such as mentioned.

uCoz does provide the selling of digital goods via the E-Shop module.
