Admin Bar Not Showing Up?

My admin bar on my website is all grey and there is no way I can access it. I can clearly see the admin bar but no buttons are on it. I used the back up templates, changed the templates and went on ALL my other sites and it is the same.

Is this uCoz's error? I didn't change my website at all for the past 2 days and it wasn't like this two days ago.

It works now. I had a staff member on my website figure it out.
