I don't currently have a laptop available and need to move a member on my Userlist over to the 'Admin' group, so he can edit posts (for a points balance in our iOS game).

RAPIDx, Admin group is possible to move in Control Panel only.

RAPIDx, Good is right, a user can be moved to Administrators only through the website Control Panel.
