Personal message symbols length limits (how to increase)

Hello,

Can you please help me with advise how can I increase the personal message max. symbols length limits?

As I understand, by default it set to 1000 symbols in one pm.
I found some script that showing the limits inside the pm box, but I didnt found how to increase this limit.
Need to increase this to 5000 symbols.

Го, I'm afraid the limit cannot be increased for ordinary users. The limit for users with administrative permissions is higher - 5050 characters.
