I'm not getting any response from the staff team via ticket, so I figured I'd post here. I had made a mistake when purchasing the "basic" package, so I re-purchased it, and It was fully paid. Why does it still show unpaid on the first one, and why can I also not use the features of basic? I've also gotten no response on the tickets I've submitted, to solve this issue.
