A paragraph of code suddenly appeared above my header

I looked at my website today and there is a long line of code above the header. using firebug I cant locate where this code is being generated.

Was my site hacked? or maybe it's due to enabling the "TOP 100"? and what should I do? upload my backup and/or change my backup? The code displayed on my website (there is a lot more script code when inspecting the dom) is as follows:
