| How to upload MS Word, Excel, and PDF to ucoz website? |
I maintain our property owners' association site on ucoz. I need to put on the site:
-- Minutes of meetings in MS Word -- Financial report in Excel -- Misc documents in PDF or Word I cannot figure out how to upload these files so users can open the file and read online or download. We have sections on our site: current events; documents (bylaws, covenants, minutes, etc.); photos; etc. I need to be able to upload files to their respective sections. Help!!! Thanks. |
Joe7853, you can use the File Manager feature (which is available through the Control Panel of your website and the Website Toolbar, when logged in as an administrator) or the File Catalog module that will ease the process of linking the necessary files to the correspondent pages. Please, provide the URL address of your website so that we can check which method would suit your needs the best.
You can embed PDF documents using an IFRAME, but you can't do the same with Word and Excel files (only by using an external service, like Office Online). hey i'm joe and i do not work for the company anymore, please contact other staff or tech support
