Let's say for example that a client needs to take the shop package for 24 months.

That means 10 dollars a month - 30% = 7 dollars a month = 168 dollars for 2 years.

Now let's say that something happens and the client after exactly 5 months (150 days) decides to cancel the package.

Will the system restore 24 - 5 = 19 months of payment at 7 dollars per month for a total of 133 dollars or will the system penalize the client and charge him for the 5 months the full price of 10 dollars per month (instead of 7) leaving the client with 168 dollars - 5 x 10 = 118 dollars ?

I know the system counts the remaining time in days but the example is in months for easier understanding.

Urs, I've forwarded this thread onward to the team, hopefully we will receive an official reply shortly.

My understanding of the situation, however; is that you receive back the percentage total of what is remaining based on the total paid for the package. I'd definitely advise we wait for an official reply, however, as I'm not certain of this and am only going off a hazy memory of previous experience.

Urs, I've been informed that the service is unable to provide any further information regarding this situation. smile Bigblog is correct in that you can see the refund amount during the processing.

I'll lock this thread. If you have any further concerns please contact the team via http://ucoz.com/contact.

Sorry again we couldn't have been of further assistance here on the uCoz Community.
