If I bought premium package will the tabs paid services and help in the admin bar be as it is or i may disable viewing it also what about the bar at the top mentioning ucoz make free web site??

Yes, they will remain as they are.

What about these packages i haven't seen it in the paid services:

Advanced 2 ($10.99)
Premium 2 ($12.99)
Advanced 3 ($20.99)
Premium 3 ($22.99)

I need more details about them

hezz, all of uCoz's packages are detailed in the "Paid Services" section of the control panel. A number of the services have also been renamed recently so I would check up on which packages you are meaning. wink
