please i need details about this package as i didn't see it in the paid services on your site but i saw it through your facebook page but i need details about what is its content i will recieve and all of the other details.

you can view this info by going to your CP ---> Paid Services ---> Paid Services ---> Show all Packages

Developer Package
Removal of uCoz ads on the website.
Disk space +5000 Mb.
Bonus messages to Technical Support - 3 per month.
FTP access.
File size for uploading - 245 Mb (via FTP only).
Option to hide statistics counter.
Option to attach files in E-mail Forms.
Even if the website has no visitors it will NOT be deleted.
Free domain as a gift (e.g. website.com), when you pay for an entire year.
Subscription fee for "E-shop" module.
Removal of uCoz ads in Control Panel.
Use of limited PHP scripts is possible
To busy building a passive income online ;)

Will this Developer package allow me to use the GalaxyTool for Ogame? Or any package, for that matter?

Aleslosh, No, not if you don't pay for php as seperate service.
And even then, I'm not sure if it will work. I don't know what GalaxyTool is.
