Design (How to put a picture in the background of my website?)

I want to put a picture as my website background but I don't know how to do it. I also want to create my own design for my webpage or at least change the pictures my design has on it. How do I do this? cry

Go to your website's CSS and put this code at the end of the file;

Code

body{
background-image:url("URL OF YOUR IMAGE");
}

If that didn't work, please state what design you are using.
