I was browsing the internet untill i found this site, it's all in russian but thats what google translate is for right.
I submitted an order and I paid for it, the site says i havent paid for it, in my account overview for orders. Paypal confirms the purchase, and I cant get contact with them, I have not received any download link what so ever.. Is this site dead? Hauken, to begin as an FYI there is an English version of this site soon to be released. You can find the landing page here: http://ucoztemplates.com
 As to your current issue I will contact the project manager regarding the problem you have encountered. The site is certainly not dead and is actively maintained as part of one of many uCoz projects. It is possible the RU team is yet to forward your concerns onto a member of the EN team especially if these were sent in over the weekend. I will get back to you as soon as I have confirmation.
