I am not able to pay for my unpaid orders it shows Failed to authorize: Do Not Honor error.
I tried with my HDFC bank account in India. I used internationational debit card, verified by VISA.
Everything was correct and do works well in other online shopping.
Please help.

b2pans, you'll need to contact the 2checkout support service, maybe for some reason they don't accept your card. I'm unable to assist unfortunately.
