I want to buy a basic service package for 1 year which costs 37$, but I have only 36$ on my Paypal account. I know that Ucoz have "Recharge of personal account" feature with SMS payment function.
Is it possible to mix these payment ways ?...

beralts, yes, you should first add the lacking amount to your website account via the "Recharge of personal account" option, and then, when purchasing the package, the money will be added to the amount from your Pay Pal account.
